The author has included expert advice (Jane Bryant Quinn, Frederick Fekkai, Diane Von Fustenberg and others) on every part of life, from beauty and fitness, to fashion, money, etc. There are specific recommendations on vitamin and makeup brands.
This is a good reference book for those of us who may feel we could use a life makeover. Some of the advice may be taken with a grain of salt. But then, that’s the case with anything we read on various subjects – we take what is useful and forget the rest. The book does contain a lot of good tips on just about every aspect of our lives.
